I had Hanger Unlimited install struts and shocks on my 2020 Toyota Tundra and they met and exceeded my expectations. They matched and even beat other quotes that I had. Straight forward and great job guys especially Jeremey their manager.

Top level service , definitely white glove. They got me done very quickly and prices are very good. Don’t settle for the corporate discount tire or firestone people . Take it to these guys , very personable and they treat you like family not a number like the big box stores. Will always use them!

Excellent service. Nobody else in the city had my tires except the dealership in Franklin, whereI would have had to tow it and pay more. They worked to find my tires and set up mobile service. Then when they arrived, they were honest and were able to patch it up instead of putting new tires. Saved me $1200. Thank you!

Been using the guys at hangar for Mobile tire changes for a coups years now. Always a great experience. Much more convenient than waiting at a tire store for hours when they can come to you for the same price. Jeremy is great at customer service. Definitely recommend!

Jeremy helped me over the phone with scheduling and a quote for battery terminal replacement on my Toyota Corolla. He was super helpful and professional and managed to get me in earlier than I expected, which was really nice. Austin came out to do the replacement and he was very professional and kind and got the job done very quickly! Also helped me remove a screw I had been struggling to get off 😂 Im very satisfied with the services they provided.

Had an alternator go bad took over to them, they replaced alternator but it turned out the alternator was bad they replaced with new one and everything is really good, Jeremy and his team went out of there way to fix it and are now my place of future business if anyone needs auto care this is this place to go to..

WOW, what a great place! I am new to TN and did not know where to take my car, and they were referred to me by Auto Zone. I had a tail light out and after replacing the bulb with Auto Zone it went out again. So I made an appt and they took my car in and 15 minutes later came out and said you're done. NO CHARGE! Prongs were loose they tightened them for me and all is fine. I couldn't believe . I will use them for any auto issues I need in the future. I totally felt taken care and safe as women here! They were all so helpful ! Honest people and great to work with.

The guys at this place are some of the nicest people I have ever met. It was easy to make my appt over text and I was there maybe an hour for the diagnosis. They are honest, took the time to explain everything to me and overall made me feel comfortable. As a woman, I am always so scared to take my car anywhere and get taken advantage of because it has happened to me before. I didnt have to worry about that here as the pricing is incredibly fair. I'll be back in a couple weeks to get the work done because my kids were running out of patience but overall this was a great experience.

They were so kind and able to figure out why I had to keep jumping my vehicle . When I picked it up it was cold and snowing and because my battery was under warranty someone else I was going to do that. They didn’t charge me for looking at it and they even came out and helped me start my car even though I had a charger and cables to do it myself. They were really kind and the gesture made me cry because of how kind they were. They even contacted me and sent me photos of my battery to help me understand what the issue was . Definitely recommend them. Thank you .

This is the second time I have used Hangar Unlimited and I could not be more pleased. The first time was for an oil change and the second for a battery replacement. Each time the technicians came to my home and completed the work. The price was comparable to going to a shop and the convenience of them fixing my issues while I worked from home was amazing! I will definitely use them in the future!

Hangar Unlimited is THEE best place you could ever take your car to get it worked on. The whole way from Franklin, TN to Gallatin and beyond you won’t find a better shop. They’re extremely respectful, honest, and hard working! They’ve done work on my 2015 Chrysler 200 S as well as some maintenance on an older Ford Econoline that I just recently purchased. Straight forward and great results, all you could ask for out of a shop. Seriously, they’re the best…bring your vehicle here. 10/10.

Excellent service and super nice folks that run this place. They even worked with my tire supplier to refund part of the installation cost when the weather prevented them from doing a mobile install on the day I needed it done! (I ended up driving up to their shop.) Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Hangar Unlimited! They came right to my house and replaced two tires in 30 minutes. The technicians were friendly and professional, making the whole process really smooth and stress-free. It’s so convenient to have tires done at your own place—definitely a lifesaver. They also called around and got me better pricing than even Tire Rack had. Communication was superb, responsive and they provided great advice. Highly recommend Hangar Unlimited and I’ll be using them from now on.
